Digital Display for KAT500 description:

The top line displays the following data directly from the KAT500:

The first letter on the left displays the mode of the KAT500. A=AUTO, M=MANUAL, B=BYPASS.

The second character is the selected antenna. Either 1,2,or 3.

The third letter shows N if the tuner is not in the bypass mode. It will show the letter B if the tuner is manually placed in Bypass. It will also show the letter B if the VSWR is below the Bypass VSWR threshold set with the KAT500 utility.

In the center is the amount of capacitance applied. Shown as pF.
The last set of numbers is the VSWR after the tuner has gone through a tuning cycle. The :1 is implied and not shown.

The bottom line displays the following directly from the KAT500:

The first 2 letters on the left are the state of the tuning circuit. Shown as either a CL network or an LC network.

In the center is the amount of inductance applied. Shown as nH.
The last set of numbers is the VSWR without the KAT500 inductors or capacitors in the RF path. The :1 is implied and not shown.
Note:

The DDU will poll the KAT500 and display screen data changes only when the KAT500 gets new data either from a command or manual tuning.
